Sembrancher → Bourg-Saint-Pierre

This alpine stage climbs from the Valais valley floor toward the lower approaches to the Great St Bernard Pass, finishing in the compact village of Bourg-Saint-Pierre. It is a classic high-valley day with steep sections and mountain air before the actual pass crossing.
