San Pellegrino is Viterbo's atmospheric medieval quarter with narrow lanes, ornate doorways and well-preserved architecture reflecting the city's medieval wealth. The neighborhood historically hosted pilgrims and remains an evocative place for strolling and exploring historic sites. It contains churches, palaces and small museums.
